Comedy and theatre alike...

I love to perform and being able to make people laugh is one of the best feelings! 

Over the last year I have delved into Improvised comedy, auditioning and joining York's premier Improv troupe 'The Shambles'. This gave me the opportunity to perform all summer at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2019. This was an absolutely amazing experience and I aim to pursue this where possible. E.g. I am currently starting my own Improv club in the school I work at. Whilst part of UOY's Comedy Society I performed in a menagerie of shows including a mock version of 'Would I Lie To You' and 'Taskmaster'.

Before that I have performed wherever possible. From putting on shows as part of De Montfort Universities theatre committee (2017), to student films or even being a simple extra in a BAFTA nominated short film.

Over the next few years I want to look more into comedy and presenting work, simultaneously hoping footage never arises of me downing a bowl of chili from my 4am one man show.
